Get Out to VOTE – Yes on Measures C and EE for MB Schools!
On Tuesday, November 8th, Manhattan Beach residents will vote on Measures C and EE. Both measures require a 55 percent majority to pass, making participation in this election crucial for Manhattan Beach public schools.

TEDx Manhattan Beach - This Saturday, November 5th
Always intriguing and thought-provoking, the 7th annual TEDx Manhattan Beach will be at hosted at Mira Costa High School this Saturday, November 5th from 9am – 3pm. Parents, high school students, and community residents are all welcome. As a donor to MBEF, we are pleased to offer a $10 discount for TEDx tickets by entering “MBEF” at checkout.

Thank You for Joining Us!
Thank you Manhattan Beach for coming out and supporting the SKECHERS Pier to Pier Walk to raise funds for our schools and the Friendship Foundation. It was an awe-inspiring morning that raised over $1.6 Million! Our endless thanks to SKECHERS President Michael Greenberg, Robin Curren and the Friendship Foundation team for their tireless efforts. Our thanks also to our School Team Captains - Schuyler Chang, Cory Kingston, Tanja Canada, Remco Waller, Ellen Padnos, Anna Bargagliotti, Nisha Chatwani, Haley Herdman, Skylar Herdman and the MBMS ASB. Last, but definitely not least, thanks to Mike and Andrea Zislis for donating wonderful prizes for our opportunity drawing.
