Tennis anyone? Grab your friends for a fun day of fast-paced, Round-Robin format Women’s Doubles Tennis. All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to MBEF to support our schools. Compete in one of two divisions based on playing level. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each level. Common Core Math - Helping Your Child Make The Shift
Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 6PM - Pacific School Cafeteria
Common Core Math will be rolled out in our elementary schools next year. UCLA's CenterX has partnered with MBUSD to design a plan to successfully make this shift. Dr. Carolee Koehn of CenterX and Dr. Brett Geithman, Executive Director of Educational Services at MBUSD, will deliver a presentation designed to equip parents with an understanding and strategy to help their children make the shift to Common Core Math. The presentation will also provide parents with a big picture view of the overall plan for implementation. Click here for a flyer with further information.
